The National Geographic Society has an interactive atlas for you. Over two million names and all sorts of great geographic information is waiting for you at the MapMachine. The site is co-hosted by ESRI, a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software company. You can even learn how to use GIS yourself! And remember its always fun to surf the web with your parents. They just might learn something too!

You can check out the world's tallest buildings online or learn about the Japanese paper art of origami or even visit the stars through planetarium outposts.
