FOOD DRIVE FOR HOLY FAMILY FOOD PANTRY

October 5-9, 2009

The Food Pantry has had a very busy summer an they are in great need of our help.  To help support them, St. Agnes will be having a food drive the first full week of October.  Between the 5^th and the 9^th we are asking students in each grade to bring in items form the following list.

Pre-K –Toilet paper and paper towels

K      –Pancake mix and syrup

1             –Jell-O mixes and hamburger or tuna helper

2             –Canned soups

3             –Boxed potatoes and chips or snacks

4             –Cereal and ramen noodle soups

5             –Canned fruit and peanut butter & jelly

6             –Bath soap and shampoo

7             –Spaghetti sauce and canned tuna

8             –Pork and beans and canned meats

These are items the pantry is very low on or are completely out of.  They are counting on our generosity to help them serve the many people they help each month.  Let’s live out our mission of serving others by stacking the halls with food.
